Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of FrontBoard™ by Ervina Education LLC ("Ervina Education," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using FrontBoard, you agree to these Terms and to any additional terms presented during signup or billing.
1. Accounts and authorized use
FrontBoard Teacher is intended for educators and authorized school personnel. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another user's workspace without permission.
2. Classroom content and student information
You retain your rights in content you enter into FrontBoard. You grant Ervina Education the limited rights needed to host, process, display, back up, and transmit that content to operate the service. FrontBoard does not require student accounts or student personally identifiable information; users should not enter student rosters, names, email addresses, IDs, grades, attendance records, or student profiles.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use FrontBoard unlawfully; interfere with or overload the service; bypass security or access controls; probe or exploit the service without authorization; upload malicious code; impersonate others; or use the service in a way that infringes rights or harms users, schools, Ervina Education, or third parties.
4. Plans and 30-day trial
FrontBoard currently offers Monthly and Annual subscriptions. Each new self-service subscription begins with a 30-day free trial and requires a payment method to start. The amount due when the trial starts is $0. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected plan automatically begins paid renewal at the price shown during signup.
5. Renewal and cancellation
Monthly plans renew monthly and Annual plans renew annually until canceled. You may manage or cancel an eligible subscription through FrontBoard's Manage Subscription flow. A cancellation scheduled for the end of the current trial or billing period keeps access active through that period. Canceling before the initial trial ends prevents the first paid renewal charge. Cancellation does not by itself reverse a charge that has already completed; contact support if you believe a charge was made in error or applicable law provides a remedy.
6. Prices and payment
Current prices are shown before signup and in the billing flow. We may change prices for future purchases. Existing subscriptions remain subject to the price and terms associated with their subscription unless changed with appropriate notice or customer action. Payment information is collected by a secure third-party payment processor; FrontBoard does not store the full card number.
7. Service changes and availability
We may maintain, update, improve, add, or remove features and may temporarily interrupt service for maintenance, security, reliability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Unless expressly agreed in writing, FrontBoard does not include a guaranteed service-level agreement.
8. Intellectual property
FrontBoard™, Ervina Education branding, software, designs, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Ervina Education and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Ervina Education technology or branding to you.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, suspected abuse, legal compliance, nonpayment, or material violation of these Terms. We will use reasonable efforts to preserve customer data and provide an opportunity to resolve ordinary billing or account issues when appropriate.
10. Disclaimers and liability
FrontBoard is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Ervina Education does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Ervina Education will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable United States and Nevada law, without limiting rights that another law requires to apply. Any mandatory consumer or education-sector protections remain unaffected.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as FrontBoard evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice. Questions may be sent to support@ervina.org.
